We all ( meaning us forumscouts) have seen plenty of replies, threadlocks and random bantering of Devs, GM's and forummods. Some are received better than others but in general most also understand that leading a herd of sheep takes a well disciplined but also fun Herder.
Therefor I would like to make a little appreciation contest for your favourite GM, Dev, Forum Moderator.
1 vote per character and explenation as of why is optional.
Voting will end December 31st 2010 at midnight EVE-time.
The winning GM, Dev, Forum Moderator voters will then go into a pool and I will ask Chribba to do a random draw and the winner will receive 250 mill ISK from me.
Please keep this a troll free post since I am trying to keep this in a friendly spirit.

Originally by: Krathos Morpheus That means whenever there is a clear favourite everyone will vote him to try to win the price leaving the other candidates without posibilities. Once someone get's enough momentum it will be unstoppable. It also means the best moment to vote is dec 30-31 to be sure you get a chance on the draw.
I know I might sound idealistic, but guess what. I actually think there are also people who vote because they actually think that particualr GM, Dev or Mod should win.
By your reasoning I could easy also state this.
If certain people start to vote for a certain workerbee some of his adversaries might start to rally more people to vote otherwise to make sure you don't win.
The more people vote for one person the lower the chance on winning the 250 mill ISK.

Even though CCP Prism X verified the existance of the alts you will be required to log in said alts on the forums and cast the vote. This is the burden of voting here. There is no proxy voting sine I am not in a position to verify the number of alt claims.
Even though Prism X verified alts for one person I am not going to make an exception in this case for the physical voting of a character. Same rules for everyone.
Next to that I see people who voted for 2 or more names. There is no plural voting per character. OP clearly stated 1 vote per character. So either edit or redo your vote or don't participate.

Obviously. I didn't actually verify anything. However, as I eluded to in my earlier post Matari genes are inferior. That still stands. (Yes, I'm totally platforming on the Amarr vote ).
Obviously. As a true bloood Caldari I don't really care about what a Gallente wannabe or Gallente or one of their buddies says anyways. I am old school and as such the Gallente are on a lower spot in evolution than Cockroaches anyways.
It doesn't matter to me if you voice for the Amarr, a race most trustworthy in those cases they actually abide to the Pax Amarria. Once a Gallente scum, always a Gallente scum.

Originally by: ISD CharginMoose How about some love for your fellow pod pilots who give countless hours to help this community in many ways unseen or heard of.
You have STAR: Helping new and old players alike in the Help Channel and Rookie Help Channel. Along with our Meet n' Greets for new players.
You have ECAID: (AKA the Bug Hunters) helping squashing the nasty pests that drive us all nutty.
You have YARR: Helping keeping that lovely Evelopedia up and going with lots of useful and helpful information
Mercury: Adding in some excellent fiction into the mix
IC: Helping keep everyone up to date with events happening around the EVE Universe.
So hey maybe there was an article by the IC or Mercury team you loved. Maybe you want to pleasure those who helped make the EVElopedia possible and keep it up to date. Or it might have been that helpful one in the help channel or in a meet and greet as a new pilot. The Bug Hunters work their butts off for all of you and have helped squash some serious bugs for all of our benefit.
Is this shameless promotion? Sure. But being a lead in the STAR, and spending my time helping and training new members in the ISD, I can say that some of these people deserve a little recognition and love as well for the hard work they all do as well.

You are absolutely right.
I will look if I have the financial leeway to start a vote in that section too.
Keep an eye on the forums the comming days to see the vote for that.
My many apologies for neglecting this and thank you for pointing it out.
